Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

This policy explains what information efremovmethod.com (the “Site”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Mind Networks Association LLC, 8 The Green # 19991, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”, “us”).

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a form on the Site (the free-book request, the interview application, or the contact form), we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, and — for the application — optional details such as phone/WhatsApp, country and time zone, and your answers to the application questions.

Information collected automatically with form submissions. To prevent abuse and keep records accurate, each submission is stored together with your IP address, browser user-agent string, the page it was sent from, and a timestamp.

Cookies and similar technologies. Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. They are enabled only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. Your choice itself is stored in your browser (localStorage key cookie_consent) so we do not ask again.

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of processors to run the Site: Cloudflare (hosting, storage of form submissions, and delivery of the book file), Resend (transactional email), Google (analytics, if accepted), and Meta (advertising measurement, if accepted). Each receives only what is necessary for its function. Data is processed in the United States.

How long we keep information

Form submissions and email opt-ins are kept for as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while your application is being considered or while you remain subscribed. Expired download and confirmation tokens are deleted automatically. You may request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights and choices

If you are in the EU/UK, you may also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; our legal bases are consent (cookies, email opt-in) and legitimate interests (security, responding to your messages). If you are a California resident, the CCPA applies: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined there.

Children

The Site and its services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

All traffic to the Site is encrypted (HTTPS). Book files are stored in a private bucket and are reachable only through expiring, single-use links. Access to stored submissions is restricted.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above.
