Privacy Policy

This policy explains how efremovmethod.com (the “Site”) handles information. The Site is operated by Mind Networks Association LLC, 8 The Green #19991, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”, “us”).

Information you provide

When you request the free book or send a message, we collect the information you enter, normally your name, email address, reason for contacting us, and any message you choose to provide. If an interview application is used, it may also include the answers shown in that form.

Technical and security data

Cloudflare necessarily receives network information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the Site. When a form is submitted, the server uses the IP address transiently for abuse prevention. The lead record stores a keyed, pseudonymous hash rather than the raw IP address, together with country code, browser user-agent, source page, and timestamp. Rate-limit records expire automatically.

Email and the free book

• Double opt-in: first-time requests receive a confirmation email. The book is delivered only after the address is confirmed.
• Personal download link: the link expires after 24 hours and has only a short retry window for an interrupted browser download.
• Occasional notes: confirming the book request also confirms the consent stated beside the form. Every non-transactional email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Re-subscription: after unsubscribing, a later request requires a new confirmation before the address is subscribed again.

Cookie and measurement choices

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, and OpenAI Ads measurement do not load before you choose. Your preference is saved in your browser under the localStorage key efremov_consent_v2.

Cloudflare may also provide aggregate, privacy-oriented traffic and security measurements as part of hosting. You can reopen the preference panel at any time:

ChatGPT advertising and conversion measurement

Links from our ChatGPT campaign may carry campaign and ad-variant labels, together with a short OpenAI advertising click reference, from hypnosis.efremovmethod.com to this Site. If you allow advertising measurement, the OpenAI Ads SDK loads, stores attribution and browser-reference cookies, and receives page-view and completed-work-request events. OpenAI’s automatic matching may hash form identifiers such as email and name in your browser to improve attribution. With the same permission, the server copy may include a SHA-256 hash of your normalized email together with the OpenAI browser reference and standard country, IP-address, and user-agent matching fields. After a work request is successfully stored, the Site sends the same conversion identifier to OpenAI from the server so the event is not lost when a visitor closes the page; OpenAI deduplicates the browser and server copies. This server delivery runs after the Site has answered the visitor and does not delay the confirmation shown on the page. Neither conversion copy includes your message, reason for contacting us, selected topic, or health information. Rejecting advertising measurement removes the OpenAI click reference from the page URL and prevents both browser and server advertising measurement; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are also respected.

How we use information

• to deliver the book and requested transactional emails;
• to review and answer messages or applications;
• to maintain the confirmed-subscriber list and honor unsubscribe requests;
• to protect the forms and investigate abuse;
• to improve the Site and measure advertising only under the choices described above.

We do not sell personal information and do not provide it to third parties for their independent marketing.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, KV storage, and private R2 file delivery; Resend for transactional and consented email; Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for optional analytics; and Meta and OpenAI for optional advertising measurement. Each receives only the information required for its role and is subject to its own privacy terms.

Retention

Confirmation and download tokens expire automatically. Form records and subscription status are retained while needed to answer a request, operate the subscriber list, document consent, protect the Site, or comply with law. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time, subject to records we must retain for legal or security reasons.

Your choices and rights

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Cookies and measurement: use the Cookie settings control above; withdrawing a previously granted choice removes the Site’s first-party measurement cookies where possible and reloads the page so the tools stop loading on later visits.
• Access, correction, deletion: use the contact form or write to the postal address below.

Depending on where you live, additional rights may apply, including GDPR/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy rights. We will respond to a verifiable request as required by applicable law.

Children

The Site’s forms and paid services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Site from children under 18.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Book files are held in a private R2 bucket and delivered through expiring tokens. Export access requires a server-side secret in an Authorization header. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but access and data collection are limited to what the Site needs.

Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
