These terms govern your use of efremovmethod.com (the “Site”), including the articles, the free book, emails you receive after subscribing, and any form you submit. The Site is operated by Mind Networks Association LLC, 8 The Green #19991, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

What this Site is — and what it is not

The articles and the book describe a structural model of fear and psychosomatic response. They are offered so that you can understand a mechanism and think about your own experience more clearly. They are general information addressed to a general audience. They are not personalised advice, and they cannot take account of your particular history, diagnosis, or circumstances.

No reliance for medical decisions

Do not use this Site to diagnose yourself, to decide whether you have a condition, or to decide what to do about one. In particular:

• Do not delay or avoid seeking care from a qualified professional because of something you read here.
• Do not start, stop, or change any prescribed medication, dose, or treatment on the basis of this Site. Those decisions belong with the clinician who prescribed them.
• If you are in crisis, or if you are having thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country immediately. This Site is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies.

If anything here contradicts advice given to you by a treating clinician who knows your case, follow your clinician.

No guaranteed outcome

Understanding a mechanism is not the same as changing it, and results differ from person to person. Testimonials, case descriptions, and examples on the Site describe individual experiences. They are not a promise, a prediction, or a typical result, and nothing on the Site should be read as a guarantee that any particular outcome will follow for you.

Eligibility

The Site, its forms, and its emails are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not submit information through the Site if you are under 18.

The free book and email

• The book is provided free of charge for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Delivery uses double opt-in: a first request receives a confirmation email, and the book is sent only after the address is confirmed.
• Download links are personal and time-limited. Do not share, resell, or republish them.
• Confirming a request also subscribes you to occasional notes about the mechanism, fear, and the method. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and you may unsubscribe at any time.

Intellectual property

The text, articles, book, images, and design of the Site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Efremov Method® is a registered trademark.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution and a link, and share links to the Site. You may not republish substantial portions, resell the material, present it as your own, use it to train machine-learning models except as permitted in /llms.txt, or use the trademark in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the Site; do not submit other people’s personal information through the forms; do not use automated means to scrape content beyond what /robots.txt and /llms.txt permit; and do not use the Site or its emails to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading material. We may block access or withdraw the free materials where use is abusive.

Availability

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content will remain available. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Site at any time.

Limitation of liability
